  • New Zealand: 5–8 business days

  • Asia-Pacific: 8–15 business days

  • North America (excluding USA): 10–20 business days

  • Europe & UK: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of World: 15–25 business days

 

Duties, VAT & Customs Fees

If you are ordering from the United States, please visit our US Shipping page. All international orders (excluding USA) are shipped Delivered At Place (DAP). This means that import duties, VAT, local taxes, and customs processing fees are not included in the checkout price.

These charges are determined by your local government and must be paid before delivery can be completed. Customs duties and VAT rates vary depending on:

  • Product classification

  • Declared value

  • Your country’s import regulations

EMPTEE does not control, calculate, or benefit from these charges.

Payment of Duties & Courier Contact

All customs duties, VAT, and courier administration fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. EMPTEE does not reimburse customs duties, VAT, or courier administration fees under any circumstances.

If customs duties or taxes are refused:

  • The parcel will be returned to us

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • A redelivery fee will apply if you wish to have the order resent

Refusal to pay local customs fees is considered refusal of delivery and does not qualify for a refund.

Customs Delays & Import Regulations
